Gregory Johns was born in Indonesia. After studying cello in Australia, Paris, and Stuttgart he dedicated himself to New Music and worked with ensembles such as the ensemble modern Frankfurt and MusikFabrik Düsseldorf. Since 1999 he has been active as a music manager. In 2003 he participated in Voyeur at the Forum Neues Musiktheater.
