Manuel Poletti works, among other things, as a musical assistant at IRCAM in Paris. He is a developer and programmer for Max/MSP and has worked on various music and dance performances, at La Kitchen in Paris, among other places. Since 2003 he has been a freelance associate for live electronics and sound projection for the Forum Neues Musiktheater. Thus far he was collaborated on Voyeur by Jörg Mainka, Last Desire by Lucia Ronchetti, Tamburi by the Studio Azzurro, and the Max/MSP/Jitter Workshop. Together with Andreas Breitscheid, he is developing new applications of technologies for sound production and manipulation by dancers for the current productions of the Forsythe Company.
