Robert Clark was born in England and trained at the Laban Centre London where he graduated in 2003 with a first class degree in Dance Theatre. He joined Edge, the postgraduate performance company at the Place, for 2003/04 where he worked with choreographers including Trisha Brown, Ben Wright, Kerry Nichols and Vanessa Haska. Since leaving Edge Robert has performed with Lisa Tourun Dance Company, Cie Felix Ruckert and Sasha Waltz and Guests. He is also developing work as an independent choreographer. In 2005 and 2006 16 (R)evolutions at Forum Neues Musiktheater.
